Is lolita stuff really that expensive? I see dresses for like ~$100 each all the time. Are those chinese shit? I buy $100 to $120 pants and shirts so maybe I’m just a rich asshole
Actual non knock off or bottom of the barrel indie brands will run you between 150-200 USD for a simple dress/jsk. Once you get to the more established and quality brands that number jumps up to 300-500 USD. Then when you go above to the true boutique brands that only make a very small number of runs you can easily see pieces go for 700-1000 during their regular retail run.
